MFMA Development SDN BHD (MFMA Development) is a joint venture company between Mitsui Fudosan CO LTD and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad with a shareholding of 70% and 30% respectively. MFMA Development was established in August 2013 to undertake the operations and management of Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang, Malaysia’s first full scale outlet mall in Klang Valley. Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang also marks the inaugural presence of the Mitsui Outlet Park brand concept in South East Asia.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Operations team.  The positions available are as follows:-

Summary of Responsibilities

  1. Assistant Manager – Business Relations
    1. Facilitate immediate response / solutions to enquiries from business partners and customers
    2. Monitor performance and make recommendations according to market intelligence / trends for further improvements
    3. Ensure contract and operational compliance
    4. Ensure customer service policies and procedures are observed


  1. Operations Executive – Business Relations
    1. Focal point of contact for business partners
    2. Analyse market trends and performance as well as prepare necessary reports to support further advancements
    3. Coordinate customer service related projects and initiatives


  1. Operations Executive – Facilities Management
    1. Coordinate with service providers for contracted maintenance (including electrical and mechanical maintenance), cleaning, pest control, waste management, security and landscaping to ensure delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreement while effectively managing cost.
    2. Ensure compliance and implementation of policies related to building by-laws, rules and regulations including health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
    3. Monitor daily operations of Flight Check In Centre and shuttle bus service



  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or any other relevant qualifications for the said vacant positions.
  2. Possesses work experience in shopping malls and / or within the retail industry.
  3. Business Relations positions - Work experience in Retail Relations, Tenant Relations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience Management and / or Customer Service is preferred. Work experience in Leasing would be an added advantage.   
  4. Facilities Management Position - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or any other relevant qualifications. Candidates applying for the said position must have in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Fire Alarm System as well as Plumbing and LPG.
  5. Confident, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good organizational skills
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines
  8. Possesses good problem solving skills, pro-active and able to work independently

Personnel in Operations Department are required to work on shift:-

    1. Shift A: 9:00am – 6:00pm
    2. Shift B: 2:00pm – 11:00pm


Off days / Rest days are either on ‘Fridays and Saturdays’ or ‘Sundays and Mondays’.

Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager (Management Trainee)/ Supervisor

  1. To manage / assist Restaurant Manager on the day to day operations of the restaurants including managing labour, inventory and supplies.
  2. Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of restaurant follow the Standard Operating Procedure.
  3. Ensure that facility and equipment are maintained to company’s standards on a day to day basis.
  4. To monitor the performance of staff and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of service.
  5. Performing any other relevant duties as and when required.

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. Has at least 2-3 years’ experience in Food and Beverage industry.
  3. Strong customer service skills required.
  4. Good interpersonal & communication skills
  5. Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  7. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
